Drew is fun to work with and he really enjoyed introducing us to local businesses- such as coffee shops, restaurants or breweries along the way. After only 3 weeks of drive-bys and showings, his sincere efforts to find the perfect fit for our 2nd home in "the Raleigh area" led us to a lovely townhome at Brier Creek. It really is the perfect fit. Drew presented us with a variety of locations throughout the search - since we are out-of -towners - from Knightdale to Apex to Durham. He was efficient and arranged multiple showings at a time in each location of interest as we drove around getting a feel for the different areas. Jami Amidon was most helpful in assisting my spouse and me in both finding a new property and in selling our existing home. The former was not an easy task as my spouse and I had different views on what was the ideal. Jami persevered despite many viewings until we found the ideal property combining the best of our varied list of essentials. She made the closing preparations easy and supported us through all of the steps, in the sale of the existing property, when we had a last minute sale cancellation (3 days prior to closing) she got to work and started the process all over again.
